On Saturday Sept.6 we will be hosting a Gymnastics Clinic with guest coach Louise Eberts. Lulu is a former National level gymnast, National power cheerleader and Provincial level gymnastics coach. Athletes aspiring to gain more knowledge about and improve basic CrossFit gymnastics movements will love this class. We will look at those skills you see in workouts; kipping pull ups, handstand pushups, toes to bar and we will learn effective spotting techniques and progressions for ring/bar muscle ups. 

The clinic will run from 1:00-3:00pm
