Push-press – 45lb bar. Sumo Hi-Pull – 20kg kettle bell. Total time: 17:11 min. Good upper body workout that doesn’t involve pull-ups (since I don’t have a pull-up machine or a workout buddy to support me during the pull-ups).
Can’t believe how hard it is to do 10 burpees (they are SO difficult to do fast).
