“Tabata This Stuff”

Squats
Push-ups
Sit-ups
Ring Row
Box Jumps

20 seconds on / 10 seconds off – 8 times each. Score each rep completed in each 20 sec. work period. Upon completion, total the LOWEST score for each exercise only.

Trail Running

Saturday a.m. Trail Runs are on! Every Saturday at 7am join us on a different trail around Kamloops. Locations will be posted on the main page. All abilities welcome - regular attendance will earn a chance to win 5 Peaks and Salomon sponsored prizes.
