    Chris,
    Missed you this am. This one was pretty easy until the third exercise on the first set. Progressivly more difficult. Good hard grind. Felt like a logger who was walking up a snowy hill carrying a chainsaw.

    Gang, I’m going to lay low for a few days and hopefully see my shoulders stop aching.

    That was my verdict at 6am this morning when I knew I had a full day of fieldwork ahead of me.

    Problem is, between pipe wrestling for work and paddling both days this weekend, we’ll see how much rest the shoulders really get. Booked massage next week.

    So, I’ll try and sit back for a few days and get back at ‘er Monday am.
