Canada Day “Hero” Workout
“Murph”
Run 1 Mile
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
Run 1 Mile
For time.
Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you’ve got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.

We forgot about Day 1 Burpee Challenge.
On a different note, I’ll set my alarm, but we’ll see if I can get this stiff corpse outta bed in the am. I’m knackered.
