Way to go Chris. Wendy and I missed you early this morning. Maybe tomorrow? Hey Larry, where you been? All OK? You can start the burpee challenge from home. Just do 3 of them today so that you’re all caught up.

Hey again… that’s too bad. Seems to be going around lately. You’re not the first one to mention you’re feeling crappy. Lots of fluids, clear soup and rest and things will be back to normal. Take care. Mira & Sean. Yesterday was an awesome experience and just plain fun, support of one another and hard work. Today was a good one too.

used 20kg kettlebell for high-pulls. Did 105 skips instead of double unders.
7 rounds in 19:28 min.
