Hey Danielle… you’re amazing! How did you split up your workout? For the burpees you need to do 3 more if you just started them today. They are cumulative (i.e. day 1=1, day 2=2, day 3=3… so being on day 3, the total # in order to catch up is 6, ta da!). Enjoy them while there just a few…

and Danielle – you are frickin’ amazing! I missed the Canada Day workout as well and thought about saying that I would do it the next day but I thought better of it – and you did it alone – WOW great work!
