    Did the Canada Day Hero workout today (wasn’t able to on Wednesday). Total Time: 51:49 min. And 3 burpees!!

    Hey Danielle… you’re amazing! How did you split up your workout? For the burpees you need to do 3 more if you just started them today. They are cumulative (i.e. day 1=1, day 2=2, day 3=3… so being on day 3, the total # in order to catch up is 6, ta da!). Enjoy them while there just a few…
