270 with a very modified WOD, 10lb.Wall ball,16″ box, 35lb Push Press& SumoDL Hi Pull. Made it through somewhat comfortably for “Fight Gone Bad” and coming back from an injury. Also first time I’ve ever done this WOD, thanks Sean, Mira and Chris.
