I did my first workout at crossfit regina today.
Bench Press: 135×5 140×5 150×5 155×4 150×3
Max abmat situps in a minute : 40
Rope climb and 15 pull ups.
Busy place, good times. We will get there soon.

i tried to time myself and count my reps….ha ha…didn’t work so i did 20 of each for a time of 44:55.

I’m just heading up sat morning. My flight is at 1 ish….Sean if you could make it a hard workout I will feel less guilty eating 5 Christmas dinners :O
