    I did “Karen” today at Crossfit Winnipeg…150 times 14lb wall ball…I actually did more than that because they were not all touching the line….grrrrrrr 15:31

    Crossfit Regina:
    3 3 3 3 3 overhead squat, then for time 1000m row and 200 double unders.

    85-95-105-115-125, 18:15 for the rowing and skipping. I strung together 35 double unders which is a pb for me, also got lots of compliments on my OHS technique. I’ll have to thank Sean for that.
