Question – is it easier to do a Turkish Get Up using a dumb bell vs. a Kettle bell? Or, is it possible I doubled my ability in five days?

Not necessarily easier, the weight is more centered but that can’t account for double. Good for you, 50 pounds is pretty good! Way to be determined and working at it on your own.

Uuuuuhhh, did I say I started with a 25lbs Kettle Bell? That’s cute though! Nope, went from a 12 LB KB to a 25 LB Dumb bell. Thanks for the update. I really like this feature on your web page.

Monica, looking back at the whiteboard shows you using a 12 KILOGRAM kettlebell, that explains the confusion, 12 kilos is about 25 pounds.
