Hey Matt… Colds suck… knock on wood, have had a great winter without one. Sometimes I’ve felt crappy and under the weather by I scare the cold away… kidding! Hope you’re feeling better. Sometimes, if there’s no fever of course, you feel great after the workout even when you aren’t feeling that great. Take care!
