    WOW… amazing! On days when we just don’t feel like doing the workout… here’s a perfect reason why we should. This guy is inspirational. Sean has shown me videos of another guy doing CrossFit who has no legs… also, unbelievable strength, drive and determination to just be present and ALIVE!!!
