    If ever there was a day I was going to throw in my CrossFit towel – it would have been today. I was truly not in the mood for max dead lifts – let alone any cross fit. I nearly turned around half way there, then I almost got back in my car because I saw I was late and missed the warm up, then Sean told me to flip a tire five times – yep, that almost had me running. Anyway, I am so glad I stuck it out because I cannot wipe the silly grin off my face. I am so very happy with my workout and that CrossFit euphoria that tends to follow you when you reach a new max. I just wanted to thank you both for the wonderful job you do and I hope you know the impact that you have on the lives of you members.

    Amen Monica I know how you feel, but todays type workout is one that I really enjoy. Tireflips, well, hadn’t done them before and Sean was kind enough not to time me, yeah I know I am chicken, but I did it and the bruises up both my arms will be a reminder for the next few days, that hey girl you just flipped heavy tires.

    Thanks Monica, that’s nice to hear. I wanted to congratulate everyone as well today, there were a lot of PR’s. I’m always amazed at the effort you all put forth. It’s worth it. And Matt 70lbs… are you kidding me? Nice!

    It was awesome to see so many PR’s and people giving it their best effort today. And I need to ditto what Monica said re. thanking you guys. As for my deadlift today, it wasn’t pretty but it was probably one of my biggest achievements at CF. Next up 350 and beyond.
