Rest as necessary between rounds, try to increase weight, but 7 repetitions are to be completed without letting go of the bar, ie: touch and go on the floor only

Hi everyone! A friendly reminder that for ALL noon hour classes we ask that you please write us a message directly to the comments of the “workout of the day”.
Also, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30am join the “early bird” group for some endurance training. Sean will coach you, run with you and get you better not just in the gym but out of it as well… thanks Sean!
