21 Overhead Squats – 95/65lb
*7 minute cap
2 minute rest

30 Toes to Bar
21 Ground to Overhead – 95/65lb
*7 minute cap
2 minute rest
6c. 3 rounds of
5 Burpee- Bar-Muscle-up (Mod = jump over 24? box)
3/2 Rope Climbs
*12 minute cap
I won’t say my score,only that I threw up in my mouth and am having a hard time typing this message.
Sean and Mira, Leya says hi! She had nothing but great things to say about both of you! I had a really good chat about her experience at the games. It was pretty cool to hear.
