Part I

3 rounds of
30 Push-ups with hand release
21 Overhead Squats – 95/65lb
- 7 minute cap

Part II

3 rounds of
30 Toes to Bar
21 Ground to Overhead – 95/65lb
- 7 minute cap

Part III

3 rounds of
5 Burpee over the Wall
3/2 Rope Climbs
- 12 minute cap

    Steph, OMG… I am starting to hurt ’cause I was already SOOOOO sore, tired and pooped from the week but enjoyed pairing up with you for the 10am workout. Have a great weekend doll!
