Ha, I actually avoided the workout today – first deliberate miss ever! That’s righ – the weather didn’t keep me away – the WOD did! I, for one, would have ended up with a bruised chest- not a good look for the rockn’ little dress I am wearing to a Christmas party this weekend. Can I send you my wordrobe/WOD requirements for the next month?

Hey all, work has taken me on the road. En route out east afew days early, so I’ll be out of town for a week or two. I’ll try to hit as many boxes as I can on the road. All the best!
