Natural Strength Barbell Club intends to “keep the strength in strength training.” Our focus is just that – strength and power, through Powerlifting, Olympic lifting and strongman training techniques. Program design by a certified strength and conditioning coach to create more powerful athletes. Our environment is one where strength can be developed only through learning proper technique, sweat and effort, chalk and heavy iron.
