All are invited to join us for our first Mobility Class at 1pm. If you are serious about improving your performance, recovering from a tough week or just working out the kinks, feel free to drop in! Please note there is an additional charge for this class.

Note: We are offering a new feature – sessions dedicated to “Mobility” – Our first group session will begin this Sunday at 1pm.
Check out our brief info page (Click Here) or feel free to ask us about it. Please let us know in advance, either in person or in comments, if you plan to attend as we will need a minimum of 4 people for the class to run. Please note there is an additional fee for these sessions.
We also offer private or 2 person sessions for those that want to work specifically on areas that need special attention. (Overhead position anyone?)
