The group sessions at Natural Strength are what make up the bulk of our training schedule. The community and camaraderie that is formed when completing difficult tasks together, as well as the challenge of good-natured competition is a big part of what makes group training so much fun. All group sessions are open to anyone who has completed their foundations classes. As well group sessions are not divided by skill level, age or sex. Everyone is welcome, we all do the same workout. Adjustments and scaling the workout is part of the system. (Almost) No one starts every workout as prescribed. We program for elite fitness, but we are not yet all elite athletes.
Group sessions will begin with a dynamic warm-up, demonstration of the elements of the workout and the workout itself. Each group session time-slot is one hour. Workout completion times vary, you are welcome to stick around after your workout, but the scheduled session takes priority on coaches and equipment.
