We recommend that all new members have a personal assessment. This will get us acquainted and answer any questions that either of us may have. It also establishes a record of your “starting point”, from which all improvements can be measured in the future.
After the initial assessment new members must attend our Foundations classes, where we offer clear, in-depth instruction on the basic movements that make up the bulk of our program.
Once you have completed all your Foundations classes you are ready to join our regular group sessions. Group sessions will complete the workout of the day under a coach’s supervision. The workout of the day will be posted daily on this site. We will also be adding specialty sessions to the schedule which will differ from the W.O.D. but will still be available to all members. Unlimited membership allows you to attend any and all sessions, space permitting. Group sessions do have a maximum attendance so please sign up in advance.
Personal training is also available for those of you who prefer one-on-one or one-on-two attention.
