For those of you who prefer one-on-one or even two-to-one attention rather than the group setting, personal training is available. You can reserve gym time with a coach and focus on any specific goals you may have.
If you are an athlete and are looking for qualified strength and conditioning programming, please contact us. There is a definite difference between CrossFit training and sport specific training. CrossFit is great fun and generates unbelievable fitness, but if you are an athlete looking for improvements in strength, power, agility, stamina, endurance, flexibility….in your sport, you want personal training. To improve in competitive sports you need a specialized, periodized program that allows for skill work, trains you (mainly) in the metabolic pathway you use for your sport, times performance peaks for competition, etc…
We are also able to come to you if you prefer. If you feel more comfortable working out in your own home, your local gym, or elsewhere, but want the expertise and experience of our strength and conditioning programming guiding your efforts to achieve maximal results, please contact us, we will work together to achieve your goals.
Even if you want programming advice, nutrition guidance, technique adjustment, please feel free to contact us.
